Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a digital template or book a fixed-price service from Solution Vault Limited. Please read them before you buy.

Digital templates

• What you get. An editable file, or set of files, delivered by download link straight after payment.
• Licence. You may use and adapt the templates within your own organisation. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute them, in original or adapted form.
• Prices. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken securely by Stripe.
• Your right to cancel. Consumers normally have 14 days to cancel. For digital content, by completing your purchase you ask us to supply it straight away and accept that you lose this right once the download starts. See refunds for what we do if something is wrong.
• Nature of templates. Templates are general guidance for you to adapt. They are not legal, tax or professional advice for your situation, and using them does not by itself make an organisation compliant with any law or standard.

Fixed-price services

• Scope. Every service has a written scope and fixed price agreed before work starts. We confirm it in an engagement letter.
• What our services are not. Health Checks and other reviews are scoped, advisory pieces of work. They are not audits or independent examinations and give no assurance opinion. We do not provide legal or tax advice.
• Payment. Payment terms are set out in the engagement letter. Monthly retainers are billed in advance, have a three-month minimum term, and can then be ended with one month's notice.
• Rescheduling. You can move a booked call once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice.

Our liability

We take reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory rights are not affected.
