Is this an audit?

No. It is a scoped review with practical, ranked actions. It does not give an audit opinion or assurance, and it does not certify compliance with any law or standard. The scope and its limits are set out in writing before we start.

We don't really use AI. Is it still worth it?

Usually yes. Staff often use free AI tools on their own initiative. The Health Check finds where, what information goes into them, and what to put in place before it matters. It also covers approvals, access, suppliers and reporting, which matter whether or not AI is involved.

What do you need from us?

About 20 minutes to complete the intake, an hour for the call, and someone who knows how things work day to day. We do not need access to your systems or any personal data.

How do you use AI in delivery?

Openly. AI helps organise findings and draft the report from anonymised notes. Every finding is checked against what you told us, and every report is reviewed and signed off by a chartered accountant before it reaches you.

What happens afterwards?

Many clients act on the 30-day plan themselves. If you want help, the Policy & Governance Pack and the Oversight Retainer pick up where the report leaves off. There is no obligation.
