Our story
Solution Vault Limited is led by Ifedayo, a chartered accountant with experience in systems and data compliance and hands-on oversight of charity finances.
We started Solution Vault because the same pattern kept appearing. Small charities and businesses were adopting AI tools quickly, often with the best intentions, but without the simple controls that larger organisations take for granted: a list of approved tools, a rule about what data goes in, a second pair of eyes on payments, a clear report for the board.
None of that needs a big budget. It needs someone who understands both the controls and the technology, and who can explain them in plain English. That is what we do.

- 2Client information is anonymised by default. Nothing personal goes into an AI tool without your agreement.
- 3Every finding is traced back to something you told us, and every deliverable is checked and signed off by a chartered accountant.
- 4We tell you how AI was used in your work. We think that openness is part of doing it safely.
We do not provide bookkeeping, accounts preparation, tax advice, audit or assurance. We work alongside bookkeepers, independent examiners and accountants, and refer that work to them.
