Templates

Because templates are delivered straight away, they cannot be returned. But if a file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, email ifedayo@solutionvaultlimited.com within 30 days. We will fix it, replace it or refund you in full.

Health Check and other services

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your Health Check call, we refund you in full. After the call has taken place, the fee is not refundable. If you are not satisfied with a report, tell us within 14 days and we will put it right at no cost.

For Build Sprints and Policy & Governance Packs, refunds for work not yet started are set out in your engagement letter. Retainers have a three-month minimum term, can then be ended with one month's notice, and are not refunded for months already started.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of being agreed.
