Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process information for us under contract. We never sell personal information or share it for anyone else's marketing.

  • Cloudflare: website hosting, security and form handling
  • Brevo: sending your result and any follow-up emails you ask for
  • Cal.com: booking calls
  • Stripe: taking payment for templates and services. We never see your card details.
  • Umami: privacy-friendly, cookie-free visit statistics. It does not collect personal information or track you across sites.
  • Hostinger: our email

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to help organise findings, draft documents and build tools. Client information is anonymised before it goes into an AI tool wherever possible, we only use tools whose terms say they do not train on our inputs, and a person checks every output before it is shared. We do not use AI to make decisions about individuals.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, ask us to restrict or stop using it, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing ifedayo@solutionvaultlimited.com. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
